Click on Run
type in cmd in to the Run Dialogue box to bring up the Command Prompt window type : d: [return] (where "d" is your DVD drive which has the disc in) type : setup /L1033 [return] - This will start the installer in English

[Windows Vista]
Click on Start
Click into the Start Search box
type in cmd in to the Start Search box to bring up the Command Prompt window type : d: [return] (where "d" is your DVD drive which has the disc in) type : setup /L1033 [return] - This will start the installer in English
